No IAS Officer is this transparency at work.

I have seen a lot of CCTV cameras arranged in government offices and in officials cabins. I do not know, how much they are useful. I have also seen some of the cameras have not been turned on and some are covered with curtain cloths and some with the application papers, especially on grievance day in IAS camps.Recently, I came to know abt a officer in one article. He is " BESCOM chief Manivannan " at bangalore.

He arranged CCTV`s from different angles in his personal cabin and anyone can see him in his working hours in the web using those cams. it surprised me a lot.I personally checked the site where the live cams are linked to.

The two cameras diagonally opposite each other provide a view of the entire chamber. Thye have been installed at a cost of Rs 18,000 and have an ethernet link. We have a lot of scams in the entire INDIA, By arrangin a cam of atleast 1,000 ( I hope we can get one ) in every govt office, I think it may work atleast for some months.

Brief About Manivannan Sir :

Throughout his career, Manivannan has had a reputation for honesty and sincerity — the very attributes that have made his transfers controversial. His transfer from the Hubli-Dharwad Corporation evoked public protests, while his transfer from the post of Mysore DC led to street demos by students and other citizens. One politico who has realised his true worth is energy minister Shobha Karandlaje. As in-charge minister of Mysore district earlier, she had a first-hand knowledge of Manivannan’s capabilities. Not willing to lose a gem of a bureaucrat, she roped him in as soon as she landed the energy portfolio.

People may feel that, this may be a public stunt. I do not want to comment on those comments.

Jawaharlal Nehru & Edwina Mountbatten Love Approved by Indian Government

Indian Government has flagged green signal to Hollywood film Indian Summer script of a proposed English film bringing Jawaharlal Nehru and Edwina Mountbatten relationship in spotlight.

The government of India has ordered that Intimate scenes between characters based on its first prime minister Jawaharlal Nehru and Edwina Mountbatten, the wife of Britain’s last Viceroy, be deleted from a new hollywood film of their romance.

Edwina was the wife of Britain’s last Viceroy, Louis Lord Mountbatten.

All foreign films shot in India must be approved by a vetting committee which screens the script to make sure “nothing detrimental to the image of India or the Indian people is shot or included in the film”.

Eminent writer and Niece of Jawaharlal Nehru, Nayantara Sahgal said, “I don’t know what to make of these reports (on government clearing the script on the condition that intimate scenes between Nehru and Edwina should be toned down). I have heard from Alex(von Tunzelmann on whose book the film is based) just a few days back and she told me that there is no script and nothing has been finalised.”

“I have read Alex’s book. She had met me also. It (the book) does not write on the relationship but says that there was one. She told me there is no script as such and no cast and director has been chosen. It is in the process of happening and it may happen next year,” Sahgal added.

Commenting on their relationship, Sahgal said, “anybody who claims that they had a sexual relationship would be conjecturing. What they had was a long and lasting relationship of love and friendship. It was a rare relationship based on meeting of minds. They had respect and admiration for each other.”

The film, which is due for release in 2011, is based on Alex Von Tunzelmann’s book Indian Summer, The Secret History of the End of Empire, which tells the story of Nehru and Lady Mountbatten’s “intense and clandestine love affair” during the Mountbattens’ return to India for the handover and partition in 1947.

The film is expected to be shot on location in Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir and the capital Delhi.

IRRFAN KHAN is leading the race to play CATE BLANCHETT’s lover in this period movie.

As per the reports, Hugh Grant will play Blanchett’s husband, Lord Louis Mountbatten, in the film, scheduled for release in 2011.

One Indian film producer said the film’s chances of being shot in India will eventually depend on how sensitively the director Joe Wright portrays the founder of the Nehru-Gandhi dynasty.

1) Try to keep as it is state as long as they can...postpones the decision ...2) If Situation worsens, would call for Central Rule, since Governor Narasimhan already accepted by majority of andhrites as strict administrator.3) IN either case, if MLAs resign central govt. would loose state. If MPs resign Central government would fall.4) Government has to make a decision which does not involve with MPs resignation.5) Andhra MPs and Telangana MPs would be key to keep central government.

Save Our Tigers -- IS this true ??

This is one of the Para.. in some discusion..

"" Tigers extinction is a serious problem when ecological imbalance is considered. In nature one animal is dependent on another animal and in nature cycles are dependent on animal way of life. For example if there is no animal eater like tiger in forest then other animals species which eat grass and plants increases. These plant eating animal start growing in number and eat all the greenery around and finally lead to food scarcity for them. This is just direct and there can be many other indirect effects it can cause. Also if we start loosing animals biological diversity will also be lost ""

I have some questions in my mind.

a) If these particular grass eating animals survival are only as the food to these animals, then, why cant the forest department ( Zoo, I mean to say ) kill these animals and provide food to these animals.

b) I am not recommending to stop this. But, this much revolution is not needed when we have the major problems in hand. I think this is initiated by the upcoming mobile service provider.

C) "" If we say tigers are extincting it is not a natural process that is happening, it is an indication of how inhuman humans are becoming leaving no place for the animals to live. If we don't cut forests for companies and make profits in crores we need not spends lakhs of money in saving them.""

I think the companies wil not prefer the places where the wild animals stay. though they cut down some trees and plants. In turn, they are providing oppurtunities to people which helps India to grow as well.I do agree, trees are most essential. So, if you cut a tree, plant a tree in turn.

We still have so many problems in India, where people love to make movies on them.

If there is a revolution on the extinct of tigers, make a revolution on these also.

Compose a anthem on 0% Poverty, Compose a anthem on 100% literacy. Compose a anthem 0% Corruption. Compose a anthem 100% medical assistance to remote areas. Compose a anthem for honest politics.

Keeping this aside, people say " SAVE TIGERS ". It has to be saved, only after these problems. Or else along with these problems. Make a oath for all the above, and then we can save India.

Golden Temple , Vellore

( I here by declare everyone that, I am not an athiest. I do believe in god and worship.These are only my personal opinions. People who believe in this amma , please do not read this )

These are the questions in my mind :

1. Who is this Sri Sakthi amma ?( Trustee of this particular temple )

2. Why they keep on posting in different languages about god and hinduism ?

3. Why there is special price for Seeghra darshanam ? ( If there is an oppurtunity to by pass the 4 kms , why cant every one let in ??)

5. Gardens are made in a beatiful way ! ( But Why ? when you are not supposed to sit.)

6. Why he is posing in every photograph? ( Exhibiting in every pic that he is so kind, so generous and offering two bread slices to the old people )

I do not know, whether I am correct or not.

Tirupathi.

After almost 15 years gap I have seen tirupathi.

It was a very good experience.

First Day : We have started our programe with the trip to Kanipakam and we went to (( Golden temple ), please visit my next post for golden temple), Kalyana Srinivasulu, Alivelu mangapuram, etc. total package in a car 2500 rupees and then we reached our room and had dinner and slept.

I still dont understand why TIRUPATHI is so disastrous when compared to tirumala. The roads completely filled dirt. No proper care has been taken care for the statues. Smell sucks. Tirupathi is worst.

Tirumala :

you have to travel in a vehicle from tirupathi to tirumala ( this is the actual pilgrim place ) in a ghaat road. The journey is really good and the security is damn tight. As we have the room in advance, So, no troubles.

Who said the metropolitan cities are costly ? I bet you, come and live in Tirumala. Head and shoulders shampoo 4 rs ( actual cost 3). Coffee 7rs ( actual cost 5 ), okay.. leave those..

Finally, we have seen the kalyanam of lord Venkateswara ( ppl still fighting for the seats like city busses,damn. )

Caution : No Jeans and T-shirt for Males and not even kurta paizama, only pancha and without shirt.

Ladies no salwar,jeans etc.Only Saree ( adhi kooda pattu cheera, lekapothe one simple cotton saree).No printed sarees.

I dont know whether it is good or not.

Darshanam was very quick.good. came back to hotel. Had lunch ( most trouble, you hardly get hotels).

engaged the same car ( driver Mr.Murali is so good ) and visited the near by places akasa ganga, papa vinasanam,baba haathiram place etc.

Still money makers in the name of god ( like voluntary purohits who are demanding for money).

People such kind sukssss.

Totally, the entire trip was good ( Because of the darshanam and kalyanam ). Tirumala is good. tirupathi is not at all good. Not even bus station.

PS: TO book a tkt to bangalore you have to book from KSRTC.. I am not degrading APSRTC. Because, its ticket point at tirumala not available.

మానవ బాంబు అనే కాన్సెప్ట్ ని ప్రారభించిన ప్రభాకర్ మరణిస్తే ...మీడియా ఒక గొప్ప వ్యక్తి మరణించినట్టు గోల చేసింది ...

రాజీవ్ గాంధీ , సర్దార్ వల్లభాయి పటేల్ ....ఇద్దరు భారత దేశానికి సమానంగా సేవ చేశారనా ఇద్దరికీ ఒకటే సారి భారత రత్న ఇచ్చారు ?

మన దేశం లో ...మహాత్మా గాంధీకి ఇంకా భారత రత్న కూడా ఇవ్వలేదు....అలాంటిది ఆయనికి నోబెల్ శాంతి బహుమానం ఎందుకు ఇవ్వలేదని గోల చేశాం ?
